    What We Do

Big agency creative thinking without big agency BS.
Call us. Any of us. Whoever is working on your project is working directly with you. We’re all accountable for your success, because we know that, in the right hands, responsibility breeds quality. The only runaround you’ll get is a victory lap around the office after another successful project.

    How We Work

We’ve done it. We’ve conquered what makes communication effective. And here’s the secret. It’s not hard. We just stick to these criteria:
    Disruptive. Engaging. Meaningful. Memorable. Authentic.
When we hit all of those notes, we know we have something special.

    Where It Happens

Sometimes, we get a little loud. Stop by our office in Historic Norcross, Georgia and you might experience a train rumbling by the tracks outside our windows as we talk about your latest project. It’s all part of the charm of being in a creative, fun southern town. Our building was constructed by R. O. Medlock and completed in 1890. Over the past 120+ years, it’s been a dry goods store, a mercantile shop, an antique store and a pottery studio. Now, it’s where your next big idea could be born.

    When It All Started

Maybe it wasn’t the best idea at the time. In 2009, the economy was tanking. So, naturally, we started a business. But we built it on extensive marketing knowledge and unbridled creativity. Being a little hardheaded helped, too. Years later, we’re still here, still creative and even more knowledgeable about what it takes to make a world-class branding and marketing consultancy firm work.

Every client has a challenge. Good thing we always have solutions. Above all else, the team at Atomic Wash is comprised of problem solvers. It’s what we do, every day. We distill our client’s needs down to the essentials so we can craft meaningful marketing. We can tell a story. Invent a new way to reach people. Build something unheard of. Whatever it takes to break out of the marketing clutter and truly connect with people.

Before the first brain is ever stormed, we start with a conversation. We want to know your objectives, expectations, hopes, dreams and what you had for breakfast. From there, we target your key issues. We target your competitors’ key issues. We pair outside perspectives with our insider knowledge, come up with the absolute most perfect plan and bring it to life.

As you may expect, we are the harshest critics of our work. All of our creative is developed and measured against the Atomic Wash “Five Disciplines of Effective Communication”:

DISRUPTIVE: Does it cut through the clutter and stop you in your tracks?
ENGAGING: Does it hold your attention and create a desire to learn more?
MEANINGFUL: Does it have a serious, important, or useful impact?
MEMORABLE: Is it easily remembered? Would you tell others about it?
AUTHENTIC: Does it come from a genuine and heartfelt place in the brand’s voice?
